ONE CONNECTED AGRICULTURAL PLATFORM
AgriDynamix brings everyday farm work and business records together. This is an agricultural ERP, a system for managing the whole farm business. See how your crops, livestock, people and costs fit together, without piecing the story together from separate records.
01 / FOR FARMERS & COOPERATIVES
Spend less time piecing together scattered records. Plan your season, record the work and understand how your resources are being used.
Request a farm demoMap fields, plan crops and track planting, spraying, irrigation and harvest activities.
Keep track of what you spend on seed, feed, stock and labour, and see how those costs relate to your farm activities.
Keep your animal, treatment, soil and harvest records together, ready when you need to look back or prepare for an audit.
Discuss farm setup, hands-on training and extension services tailored to your operation.
02 / FOR PARTNERS & AGRIBUSINESS
Help farmers put good advice into practice. Share useful records and follow produce from the farm to the people who buy, process and sell it.
Discuss a partnershipSee where produce comes from, how it was grown and which batch it belongs to.
Help farmers get started, train their teams and keep a clear record of visits and follow-up work.
Plan work across participating farms and bring their records together for easier reporting.
Talk to us about the tools, farm support and reporting your partnership needs.
03 / FOR FUNDERS & DEVELOPMENT FINANCE
Follow the work being done, the money being spent and the progress farmers are making. Bring records from participating farms into a clearer programme picture.
Discuss your programmeBring together field records, training attendance and supporting documentation for programme review.
Connect farm activities to financial reports, with records that help explain the numbers.
Set up reports around what your programme aims to achieve. Follow progress for each grower, each programme or several programmes together. This supports monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning (MERL).
Use carbon estimates to explore possibilities. Independent checks and approval are still needed before credits can be issued.
04 / CARBON & MRV
Start with the land and the work being done on it. Use field maps and farm records to support carbon measurement, reporting and verification, known as MRV.
Explore your carbon project ↗Keep the maps and farm records behind your carbon assessment together, so they are easier to find and review.
Explore soil carbon estimates using the VM0042 approach. We can walk you through the method and discuss whether it fits your project.
Bring your project records together to help independent reviewers check the work.
An estimate helps with planning. It is not an issued carbon credit or booked income. Independent review and credit issuance are separate steps.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE FARM BUSINESS
Cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits and poultry. Manage six livestock groups alongside your crops and farm finances, with IAS 41 accounting support for livestock as biological assets.
Connect farm activities to costs and financial reports, with double-entry accounts and a clear record behind the numbers.
Keep farm, packhouse and processing records together. Follow batches, production costs and sales through the business.
Keep supporting records as you work, so preparing for an audit starts with finding the evidence you already have.
THE FOUNDATION BEHIND THE FIELD
Keep farm accounts in a framework based on international accounting standards (IFRS and IAS). Organise costs by activity or business unit and follow the records behind your reports.
Choose what each person can see and do. Business data is kept separate and protected with encryption. Access is logged, and ledger entries keep a numbered history that cannot simply be overwritten.
Manage pay calculations and employment records, including PAYE, UIF and SDL, with records aligned to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Employers remain responsible for submissions and meeting legal requirements.
Crop planning, GIS mapping and export, soil and water records, inventory, harvest and packhouse traceability.
Cattle, poultry and egg layers, sheep, goats, pigs and rabbits. Halal and kosher workflows support eligibility flags, line segregation and receipt-to-cut traceability, not certification. Dairy is planned.
Continuous self-assessment supports GlobalG.A.P., HACCP and SAMIC audit preparation. RMIS tag-format support differs from a live integration; SMS workflows are configurable.
Compliance tools support record-keeping and audit preparation. Certification and regulatory decisions remain with the relevant independent bodies.
TECHNOLOGY NEEDS PEOPLE
Good software is only part of the answer. Farm assessment, practical training and ongoing support help turn a platform into an everyday working tool.
Start with your farm, network or programme and the decisions you need to make.
Map the operation, organise existing records and select relevant workflows.
Train your team and support consistent, useful data capture.
Use the records to identify gaps, monitor progress and plan the next step.
ABOUT US
AgriDynamix began with a simple belief: the people who grow our food deserve tools that understand the realities of their work.
Led by founder Avinesh Luckan, the platform has been shaped through contributions from people with experience in agricultural finance, agronomy, feedlot management, extension services, sustainability, legal matters and veterinary services.
Their knowledge has helped connect everyday farm work with the needs of running a business, from caring for animals and planning crops to keeping accounts and preparing for tomorrow.
This has been a shared effort, bringing together practical knowledge and a commitment to putting farmers first.

LEADERSHIP
I bring more than 20 years of finance experience, including work as an external auditor and as Chief Financial Officer of a large commercial farming business specialising in premium crops.
My experience covers the journey from seed to shelf: nursery operations, hydroponics, including nutrient film technique systems, shade-net production, open fields and pivot irrigation. It also includes cold-chain handling and audit preparation.
I have also helped teams put financial systems into use, manage cash flow and costs, and prepare for audits. I draw on that experience to connect everyday farm decisions with the health of the business.
